I’m getting a few bites on this bait but really couldn’t get the fish to hang on. I changed over to over to a Mr. Champ’s Crome Spoons (1/2 & ¾ oz). I started to fish vertical working the edges of the creek pay real close attention to the stick-ups. I was picking some small fish, so then I went back to my Blue/ Black it paid off. The average fish caught was or 2lbs.The bite was very tough, so you really need to be patience. Here are a few creeks that we fished in that are pretty good are, Tree Top and Big Cedar. You will find Treetop north of the 2859 Bridge or the right side of Chambers Creek east Shore. You will find Big Cedar just south of the 2859 bridge just west of Hickey Island which is on the west side of Chambers Creek. I wanted to let every one know there is a great tool out there available to help all weekend fishermen and the Tournament fisherman. He has several lakes out. You need to check Aerial Angler you can find Dennis at www.aerialangler.com. You can see the lake in such a different way. He will have Richland Chambers hopefully by the spring. We will have some tapes and Demo at the show. I hope to see every one at the Texas Fishing Outdoor Show 18 thru 21 of Jan, at Big Town Exposition in Mesquite, TX.
