The lake is at 170.57 ft, one and half foot below high pool and rising. Not many anglers on the lake this past week because of the cold weather. The lake is extremely muddy and there is a lot of fresh water moving through the lake. Black Bass have moved into their typical winter pattern. Best pattern is to work ledges dropping off into deep water with slab spoons, Rinky Dink tail spinners, and jigs. Key is to fish slow. If you catch one, you should catch some more. White Bass are making their annual migration up the river. Road Runners, lip-less crank baits in chrome and Rinky Dink tail spinners working best. Crappie have slowed with all the muddy water. Should pick up as water clears. Some catfish being caught on trot-lines with cut bait.
