Lake level 20.7 low. Black bass very SLOW. Low temps have shut down the bite and the word is lethargic. Only action is in the Frio river from 99 bridge north to San Miguel. Bitsy bug jigs and drop-shot worms 4″ (motoroil) working when retrieved very SLOWLY. White bass run in full swing and tons of them have moved up-river. Low temps have made them lethargic as well. White bucktails vertically jigged in river chanel itself working about 3 ft. off bottom. Concentrate on outside bends.
