This time is great time to get out and do some night fishing . We got on the water about 4 pm and fished until 10:30 pm We started out down in Ash Creek which is on the south side of the lake which is on the Richland Arm. We fished the out side edges of the timer along the creek. We notice the bass where pushing the shad up along the creek and timber. We worked a to water plug missed on fish, changed over to a Lizard and flipped them up around the cover. We changed over to a Tomato Red Lizard (Zoom) you had to catch them on the fall because, the fish are really picky on what they wanted to bite. We had a few fish come back for the bait. We ran up Chambers Arm and went into Prairie Creek and worked all around up in a Tank Dam flipping a Tomato Red Lizard with black/fleck right on the edges duck weed and grass on the shadows seem to do the trick. As it got dark and later in the evening we could back off the grass and duck weed which these fish where holding close to. We caught lots of numbers but no real size. One more thing if you travel at night have a plenty of light. If you have a GPS plot a coarse while it still light and you can follow it back to where you started. Let someone know where your going to be because, if something happen they would have some place where to start to find you. There is some good fishing at night you just have to prepare at little more only because you can’t see a lot. Take plenty of bug spray , if you get on your hands wash your hands off if not it will turn the fish off. Till next time Tight Lines and Good Fishing.
