Lake level 21 ft. low. Black bass good up-river from 99 bridge. Males have begun prowling the shallows on warm days with sunshine. Females are staging on secondary structure awaiting the right time to move up. The spawn is right around the corner. Slow, wounded retrieve working best. Afternoon hass been the best time. Full moon is fast approaching, so if this warm weather holds, look out ! The white bass run is in full swingh in the river as well with many limits being caught !
