Choke Canyon Bass Fishing Report October 18, 2000

Lake level 24 ft. low and falling. Water stained. Black bass good to 8.4 lbs.. Topwater bite good early (all day if cloudy) on PoP-R’s and Top-Dogs. Fluke bite still strong, but lizards are making a comeback on carolina rigs. Deep crankbaits are catching a lot of keepers on main lake humps that top out at 10 ft. .
