Lake Level: 167.3 ft and rising Clarity: Stained north, clear south Temp: Mid 60s Black Bass up to 7 lbs on mid to deep diving crank baits in shad colors when fished on the old river channel shelf and ledges. The bass are suspended and holding in large numbers. White Bass have slowed up since last week but still able to catch a limit along the sand-bars in the river channel in 16 to 20 ft of water. Slab spoons and Rinky Dink tail spinners working best. Bite is better in the afternoon. Crappie bite getting better every day. Early morning best time. 1/32 oz Jigs and Shiners working best fished over river channel brush tops in 12 to 20 ft of water.
